Upstairs, there is another primary (14 x 12) bedroom and two more good sized (12 x 11) rooms that share a hall bath. The back of the house overlooks a green space buffer which creates a great sense of privacy. There is a washer dryer utility room in the garage which also includes an additional closed door storage area and if you have even more stuff, there is a shed out back. The parking space is larger than most - a previous tenant parked a 19 foot bow rider boat equipped with a swing neck trailer inside - and there is room for three or four cars in the driveway. Over the years, all major details have been taken care of - completely new wiring, new air conditioning and duct work, architectural shingle roof (2018), windows, and full plumbing replacement of all pipes in 2025.
