"This is most certainly dog/pet friendly area but people do not clean up after their pets. Especially in the winter seasons."
  • Cmargy

  • Samuel Nappo Sr

  • Trulia User
"I have lived here for 20+ years and it is a nice neighborhood. Most people who live here are homeowners and take care of their property. "
  • Charles Freeman
"It’s a acceptable place to live . Nothing fancy. Need a car. Very close to Canada and easy to get to Toronto "
  • Lizabeth Koury
"It’s not safe after dark. There’s nothing for you to do. The only benefit is that it’s sort of cheap. "
  • Andrianna Phillips
"None I don’t even feel safe going to any event here the people make it so bad to want to take your kids or even yourself out "
  • Dennis G.
"We came to visit the falls. Very impressed with the streets, cleanliness and upkeep of homes and pride of ownership. "
  • Carmen P.
"its very close to the falls its safe and fun casino and lots of places to eat and relaxing a lot of hotels"
  • Maudestine H.
"like everything wouldn't like nothing it's beautiful safe people cleans up behind themselves and their children and animals"
  • Vicki A.
"The parks are great. And the neighbors are very friendly and they seem to welcome dogs and children."
  • Aricca V.
"Every other house has a dog so there is a lot of barking during the day. Dog owners that walk their dogs do a good job of cleaning up after them. "
  • Aricca V.
"Every other house seems to have dogs, and that comes with a lot of barking during the day. It gets quiet after dusk. "
  • Wormhole007
"There is a huge park where everybody walks their dog run play frisbee all the dog owners that walk around the park are all on leashes and all the dogs are well behaved I know this because my dog in the fenced front yard goes crazy barking after them and they just look at him and keep walking"
  • Melanie M.
"Fairly quiet nice and friendly people they clean after themself good area for kids pizza places not far same with small mini market lived my most of my life in this area and best part yet "
  • Trulia User
"it's quite for the most part and the neighborhood is nice and is walking distance for almost everything and Niagara Falls is in walking distance "
  • Writerjay4
"it's quiet, and there's nice people around this area. I've never heard any complaints or noises that'll make me call the police!"
  • Jenn J.
"It’s a great place to live. Am amazing views. Right by the casino. Walking distances to tops and so on"
  • Shantray S.
"there's many families in the neighborhood, and it's very quiet. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful and will let you know if they sense something suspicious. "
  • Jflegal52
"Amazing place to live. Neighbors are great. Friendly. And amazing. Would recommend living here more than living anywhere else "
  • Dee.cking198030
"My neighborhood has gone downhill with each passing year. The convenience store on the corner attracts all different walks of life which isn't always safe. There is nothing in the community for the youth. "
  • A M. L.
"There aren't any, not really. Maybe visiting the falls in the summer time and seeing all the attractions and vendors but that's about it. "
  • Nfjoevitello
"Public transportation is mediocre around here. Inconveinet and unreliable. As for driving it isn't bad. LaSalle expressway and parkway make commuting from LaSalle to downtown easy. Niagara falls Blvd , river raid and Grand island bridge all make it easy to commute to nearby cities for work."
  • Gail E. L.
"Good access to public transportation. Close to the store and hospital. Close to everything that I need."
  • Michael R.
"I lived in this neighborhood for 27 years. Look me these are divided by streets and blocks. Not many people get the noble their neighbors anymore which makes it difficult to improve the community. Even so there is a lot of good people in the city and town. Just distant and divided."
  • Liajean.harmon
"Its a turning into a bad area, there seems to be more crime as time goes on but I love the character of my community and I hope we can turn it around "
  • Yuritza M.
"I’ve lived here for over 2 years it’s ok but the crime has to stop. My neighborhood is not too bad but few streets down is terrible "
  • Tammylbruno
"Easy access everywhere! Public transportation available and quick drive to shopping, groceries, entertainment and recreation!!"
  • Vmhamm
"folks are friendly you have a good mixture of ethnicities and everyone is polite. these are things I look for in a neighborhood. "
  • Cimona C.
"Certain areas of Niagara Falls are cared for but areas such as downtown rear the police station lack attention from abandoned houses buildings factories they don’t care to make the whole city a beautiful place just a few parts"
  • Gpotwin
"There is none! just drug dealer and homeless Niagara Falls is not what it use to be ..................."
  • Mark A.
"To many pedos around here... You have to watch your back a lot of times... But otherwise it has some nice places, besides all the boarded houses..."
  • Angilica W.
"Very unsafe. Lots of prostitution & drug heads , thiefs. Bad area for childern. Childern can not play outside or go in front or back yard. Lots of break ins & vandalism. "
  • GJAJA28
"Just because you live in a nice, quiet neighborhood here in Niagara Falls, doesn’t always mean your children are safe. There are some despicable human beings roaming this city so kept your kids close at all times. "
