The property also includes a two-car carport with an additional storage room, offering convenient covered parking and even more storage. "The lack of dog parks. There aren’t many places to take your dog for excessive or play time. Also walking dogs in the sidewalk is also sketchy. Some of the sidewalks end at random points. "

"Good neighborhood, I’ve been in Ruston for about two and a half years. It’s a lot of college kids but parties aren’t rampant like you would think, they mostly happen in fraternity houses. Where I live is quiet and nice, with a lot of new construction. Roads are pretty bad but other than that it’s a nice place to live."
