Non shedding Dogs are permitted for a one time fee of $175 per dog for the duration of the lease. Any damages to any of the furniture, linens , or property must be repaired or replaced by guest. Lease terms can be 3 months and then month to month, 6 months, or a yearly lease.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
