1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe administration makes promises they don't keep. The principal is gruff. They left a side door open and unmanned well after school had started. Some of the office staff seem as if they don't know what they're doing. The hall monitors aren't very nice to the students. This school needs help!Parent Review1y ago - Reynolds High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageReynolds High School is an amazing school. We have great academics, leadership, and sports. We have high numbers of students in Honors/AP classes. Our 2022 senior class president got a full ride to Stanford this fall! We have fun events such as sports games and tailgates, carnivals, and cultural dances to keep students engaged in their social life and tutor/study sessions after school to keep them engaged in their studies. We have a student health center inside the school where every health service is free to students and families. We have a culinary, early childhood education (preschool), metal/wood/car shop, arts building, etc available to students for electives. We have a college and career center where students can go and ask questions and get help for future readiness. We have numerous clubs and also work with AVID, College Possible, CAL, and middle college! All in which helps students for college. We have many lunch options to choose from and they try their best to accommodate with those who have dietary needs as long as you bring it to their attention. Our school even has low cost vending machines for students who need a little extra fuel throughout the day. We have the best librarians who will help you find the perfect book for your likings or any class project you might be stuck on. Our counselors truly want the best for students and will check in regularly and give the best advice on what’s best for you and your academic goals. Our security team does an amazing job keeping students in check and our school safe by monitoring who goes in and out of campus. We have daily news via intercom to keep our students up to date. And offer Drivers Ed (by cost) to those who need extra help learning how to drive (must have permit). With all this being said, yes we are not perfect, no school is. Students have dramatic disputes and that gets resolved right away. But those behaviors are learned from outside of school. And this in no way affects others learning. We have the most diverse school in the area and are lgbtq+ and religion/culture friendly. We’re taught how to respect and love those around us. Those who have the most to say negatively are only the ones from the outside looking in.Student Review1y ago - Check out schools near 17035 SE Salmon St.

"This neighborhood is not good. Continually getting our vehicles broken into and also gas siphoned. Tonnele cover on my truck was also sliced. This is reoccurring. Homeless people and druggies abound. Our garage was also broken into. It is not safe here. We have lived here 10 yrs and it’s getting worse. We will move soon, out of Oregon which is sad because I grew up here. But now to many people and not safe at all. "

A great mixture of older residents and families makes for a safe community who look after their homes and each other. We love it here because it’s quiet, safe, and the fantastic dog park in walking distance is a great bonus!"
