This house was built at the turn of the 20th century, so has the characteristics of an older house, but one which has been kept in good condition. It is located on a working farm, which is a pasture-based operation raising poultry and pigs, and which sells poultry, pork, and eggs to local wholesale and retail markets. There are also horses and dogs on the property.
Because this is a rural area, one should expect to encounter certain elements of what we call country living, which include insects and other wildlife, but all blended with the beauty of the surrounding pastures and forests here in the middle of the Greenspring Valley.
