"Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Lots are fairly far apart. Most roads are not paved. Emergency services take forever"

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 15 years, it is so much better than city life. It is a great place."
  • Emilymariecox2
"People “dump” their dogs here. It is terribly sad but also not the safest to walk your dog. They would like the wide open spaces"
  • Mandimarie89
"There is a lot of space for them to run around and you can walk them with no problems. They can chase bunnies and Squirrels."

  • Anastasiaj1640
"this town really has absolutly nothing for teenagers to do.. and has a very tiny ark for kids really wouldnt recommend living here for teenagers "
  • Tealribbonz
"I live here and love it. It's very peaceful and nice neighbors."
  • Mike R.
"Most parcels are 2.5 acres which is nice. I don't like it nearly as much as my horses who seem to love it. Housing is insanely affordable. The school district is the best in the high desert. The number of lunatics is probably higher than some places per capita but since the place is soooo spread out you can see them coming well ahead of time."
