This unit has just been renovated. Built in 1958 it still has the original tile work for the tub surround and the kitchen counter. All new paint and laminated wood grain vinyl flooring. All new baseboards, door hardware and cabinet hardware. Original solid wood kitchen cabinets were just redone! This unit has a utility room also with sink. New hot water heater too! must see! This is a second floor unit. Looking for a two year lease. First and Last months rent due upon signing of lease. Security deposit will be spread out over 4 months.
