  • Laurie S.
"I have lived here for nine years— the neighborhood just gets better with time, though the housing prices and property taxes are through the roof. "
  • Jnh1150
"A great area except for 3300 Hemlock. Its a cheap rental that brings a rotation of irresponsible losers into an otherwise nice family neighborhood. There's garbage, mattresses, abandoned furniture, couches, and all sort of unappealing crap in the front yard. A real eyesore and health risk. Apparently the Hide Park owner's don't seem to care about it. Really unfortunate for an otherwise great neighborhood. "
