The building has 24-hour doorman coverage, a mail room, a bike room and a dry cleaner. Pets are allowed at the discretion of the owner (but we have kitties, so we imagine it shouldn't be a problem). Non-smoking. Also available for sublease though 3/31/2018 at $1,950 / month.
