"Great location in Westlake Town Center, walk or take the Golf Cart provided to Groceries, Shopping & Cinema. Close to everything at Smith Mtn Lake - 1 mile to Westlake CClub, swimming pool, Tennis, & Golf. The Smith Mountain Lake Retirement village is close to medical facilities and has access to services from the Assisted Living Center next door. "Smith MOuntain Lake Virginia is one of Virginia's hidden treasures. A beautiful lake with plenty to do all year round. The retail infrastructure has grown to support year round driving. The weather is moderate with 4 delighful seasons. We do get a little winter but even when that comes you can still gt out and about. The lake has something for everyone from condo and townhomes to cottages to large estates. You can find older an new construction. so come check us out"

"The Park Shores community offers some of the most beautiful views, pristine waters and convenient proximity to Smith Mountain Lake State Park -- while still offering a quick and convenient drive to Downtown Moneta and Westlake for shopping and socializing. Located near the port for The Virginia Dare signtseeing paddlewheel boat, the Park Shores neighborhood overlooks beautiful wide-water and is in close proximity to the famous "S-Curve" of the lake. The neighborhood is filled with lovely homes and by evidence of two new custom-built properties in the construction process, it shows the viability and desirability of this part of Smith Mountain Lake. Who wouldn't want to live in Paradise?"
