This cute cottage is on a quiet, tree-lined street in old East Davis. The home has original hardwood floors, a gas range, double-pane windows, and central HVAC. There is a spacious backyard and a washer and dryer in the garage.

There will be an open house on Saturday, May 9 from 10am-12pm. I am not able to show the unit before this date.
