Dogs under 40 pounds considered but No Other Pets, No Cats permitted.
Smoking outside and on porch is fine, just not in the building.

We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment. Beautiful seaside spot for good food, shops, historical landmarks, parks, beaches, etc. Much love for this town and the beauty behind it. "
