It will be ready for May 1. A full bathroom and 2 nicely sized bedrooms are on the second level; one of them has a walk-in closet. The master bedroom is on the third floor with a vaulted ceiling and a walk-in closet. On the first floor are the living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. A nicely finished family room is in the basement. Also in the basement are the washer and dryer, and central AC and gas furnace, and water heater. Crown moldings through out except in basement. Storage shed in the backyard. There is a garage also in the backyard but the landlord will keep it as his storage (it is not suitable for a car). Plenty of street parking in nice neighborhood. You may also park one car by the garage door in the back alley.
Walk to shopping, postal office. Walk to elementary and middle schools. Close to Amazon Distribution Center, Port of Baltimore, Under Armor, Johns Hopkins Lake view campus. Close to fishing, crabbing, water related sports in Chesapeake Bay. Close to I-695. Contact owner for more information.
