  • Deborah K.
"Wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Feels like you are in the country. Very close to Hardy Toll Road into Houston. "
  • Taylor46773
"Commuting in this area is nice as it’s typically low traffic, accidents seem rare and minor, road rage isn’t common, and surrounding landscaping is well maintained."
  • Ahmayah C.
"I would say it’s very homey, like a small little town. All the kids schools k-12 is in one area. The shopping centers are close to. I love because I never have to leave my general area most of the time. "
  • Info
"There aren’t sidewalks except for the walking trails, which can be a hazard to be aware of. People drive too fast on the streets, and visibility can be an issue, so be particularly aware of where your kids are so they don’t get run over. There’s a few parks with good playgrounds in the area and the schools seem to be alright"
  • T. S.
"Lots of young kids, safe for all, people walking their dogs, activity on the streets. Mostly friendly people. Nice walk to the creek. Does need monitoring by authorities because of teenagers. Overall, happy to be here. "
  • Janeawingo
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 30+ years and I feel very safe. I have wonderful neighbors and everything is convenient by car."
  • Littlernr2016
"Grogan’s Mill is a great area if you have kids. There are many community events that are all over the woodlands some being earth day clean up, art festival, and Trick or treat trail, etc. Just an overall great place to raise a family."
  • Abetame
"safe, affordable and in good school districts. your proximity to primo shopping and dining makes this a prime location to live. "
  • Kit
"This older part of Grogan's Mill is not well lit after dark, in fact, there are only a handful of streetlights on the main road, but none on the neighborhood streets at all, so it is very, very dark. We have tons of squirrels and the occasional possum, lots of birds, good fenced yard, everyone is extremely friendly with neat, tidy homes and yards. Very nice place to live, but these houses are dated and the rent is about 250-300 overpriced. "
  • Hannah M.
"It’s a great dog community And non dog owner community! Well lit at night, quiet enough. There is also plenty of parking unless you get home after 10 pm "
  • Will
"There are Lots of dogs being walked, quiet roads, easy laps for long or short walks. Plenty of shaded sidewalks and trails "
  • Mysterious_danny
"Schools are near and it's cool place to live in. From walking trailers to eat out places are near. Easy access to everything from HEB to Walmart . Loved the fact that people are really friendly and place is safe. "

  • Kuhlkeescell
"Friendly, quiet and wooded. Great place to live. Lots to do and close to everything. Great restaurants and shopping. "
  • Anselm O.
"The area has a lot of trees. They make it feel very natural and provide privacy. There are also no large signs or advertisements. "
