Description

Welcome to this 2 Bed, 1.5 Bath manufactured home offering flexible living spaces, thoughtful upgrades, and plenty of character throughout. Inside, you'll find numerous upgraded double-pane windows and added lighting. The spacious kitchen includes a sit-in dining area, a window over the sink, updated cabinetry, tile back splash, a mini dishwasher, and beautiful butcher block countertops. The home offers a formal living room with updated flooring. The full bathroom has been upgraded from its original 1970s design and features modern touches, including an oversized mirror. One of the home's biggest advantages is its versatility, with TWO bonus rooms. One connects directly to the full bathroom and has private access to the back porch-ideal for guests, a studio, or a private retreat. The second bonus room features upgraded flooring, a cedar-lined mini closet, built-in desk, and shelving (door is available and can be reinstalled). The primary bedroom includes a convenient half bath and direct access to the front porch, highlighted by a custom architectural archway that adds unique charm. Additional features include three window A/C units for comfort, a flexible laundry area (currently relocated to a bonus room but easily returned to its original hallway location), and a partially updated ceiling in the living room. Outside you'll find 3-car parking and a driveway enhanced with added sand for durability, a storage shed and a fully fenced yard. The roof has also been redone for peace of mind. The standout feature is the large, covered front porch, complete with stylish black lattice for privacy and ample space for outdoor seating, dining, or relaxing. This property is a manufactured home located within a mobile home park. The sale includes the home only; the land is not included and remains under ownership of the park. Buyers will be required to enter into a space lease agreement with the park for the lot on which the home is situated, and monthly space rent will apply. Please call the park directly for any questions regarding space rent. Approval by park management may be required prior to purchase or occupancy.
We estimate this home will sell faster than 93% nearby.

"Lots of traffic congestion on most areas in the city🤓"
  • Alejandra
"There are families from different ethnicities and ages, I like that from my neighborhood. People are kind and it’s safe. I can walk with my kids and feel safe. There’s not traffic noise and is very peaceful to live here. I can’t wait to see the freeway construction done, because when freeway opens completely everything would be more easier for everyone."
  • Alejandra
"My neighbor is a little bit far away but very safe and clean. People here is respectful and houses have decent size backyard "

  • Steve Schoenberger

"lots of families of young kids! great place to raise children. safe and lots of bike paths and hiking trails "
  • Craddub60
"People drive way too fast throughout this area. A bit of a “rat race” if you will. Lower crime. Decent schools. Lots of close, fast food places and some dining. Housing has gotten really expensive for places that really aren’t all that nice. Decent amount of parks and churches throughout the area. Short drive to downtown, but not close enough to walk, although there are more and more homeless people making their way to the intersections and parking lots in the area."

  • Toby M.
"Hot august nights, air races , balloon races, rodeo, casino entertainment, holiday fire works, lakes, parks, camel races. "
