Lease will be very owner friendly, because it's shared space for rent, respect for others is top priority. One of the roommates has a 4am job with an airline. He sleeps 8pm. If another roommate makes noise at 10pm, that is disrespectful. If the other roommate makes noise at 3am for example, how would you feel? The living arrangement chemistry is super important. Cleaning up after kitchen use, dishes.

Free Street Parking Available. Walk to Light Rail is .4 mile to Nursery Road Station.

Credit and Background Check - Mandatory

Rent is All In Pricing. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking. Shared Housing. It will be 3 Roommates. No Guests. No Pets. No Parties. Close to BWI. Close walk to Light Rail. Rent is an all in 1 price. Includes, Electricity, Water, Trash and WiFi. Furniture, Decor, Kitchen Supplies are not included.

We will have a short roommates meeting. Common use items, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Hand and Dish Soap, Light Bulbs, Air Filter will need to be shared expensive. Rotate purchasing or 1 person takes the lead and divides up the cost. Laundry Soap?

Common Area Cleaning, Hallway Mop, Bathrooms, Kitchen Counters, Floors etc...
I can hire a lady to visit once a month to clean, that is a $100 fee NOT included.

Thermostat will be set at 70 in the winter and 73 in the summer. No Changes please. One room has a fan.
