We're currently living in the house, so photos are limited but we're very open to in-person or virtual tours and can show the space anytime.

We're moving out early and looking for responsible tenants to take over. Full-group sublease preferred, but open to individual rooms if needed.

All utilities are included except internet and cable. This would be a sublease for June 1st through Oct 31st, you would need a deposit and first month rent upon signing lease with landlord.

    "Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead. Simple logic you would think, but not so simple anymore"
