The rental is on a corner lot and has a large front and back yard. The house includes a large family recreation room attached to the back of the house. All major appliances are included and are fairly new (refrigerator, gas range, microwave, clothes washer/dryer, water heater). An ultra efficient air conditioner/heater was installed recently. The entire house floor was redone with artificial wood panels. The swimming pool contains a new high efficiency multi speed pump. The pool and yard are maintained by the owner.
