My wife & I own & manage the property. For a shared environment, everyone's comfort & safety is of utmost importance to us, so we're very cautious about finding a clean, quiet, respectful, responsible tenant, and are willing to wait for the right fit. Otherwise, you'll find us to be friendly landlords who maintain an attentive, professional relationship with our tenants.

The bathroom is shared with 1 other housemate on the ground floor: a quiet gentleman in early 70s, who mostly keeps to himself & works full time, sometimes graveyard shifts. Trusted renter for 4 years. He uses a separate hallway entrance to the bathroom, which has locks on both doors for full privacy.

We also have 2 Airbnb guest rooms upstairs, so you'll find that the house is kept tidier than most shared arrangements, as we clean the common spaces ourselves before every guest checks in, at least once a month. Airbnb guests are carefully screened. We live less than a mile away from the house, and meet all guests on the property in person before giving them access to a date-specific code to the front door keypad, and a key to their bedroom. All bedrooms have locks on doors. As a long-term renter, you will have keys to both to the front door and your bedroom, as well as a full-time code to the front door keypad.

We hope to hear from you soon! Thanks!

Month to month lease.
Seeking clean, quiet, responsible, & respectful renter.
We do NOT rent to smokers, even if you have a prescription, and even if you do it off-site, due to the lingering odors no exceptions.
No vaping, illegal drugs, or large/frequent parties.
Alcohol is allowed, as long as you drink responsibly.
Visitors are welcome as long as you know them well, can vouch for them, and take responsibility for anything they do while on the property.

"People don’t bother me they mind their own business . Just smile and wave. I don’t like the dirty streets and lots of homeless people in Ceres I feed them when I can. I hear lots of car alarms going off all the time police and ambulance fire truck ā€˜s and the population is too great for the stores and roads and I feel trapped and the races are not equal and I don’t like this."
  • Kelly S.
"My neighborhood is right off highway 99 so somedays its a bit of a challenge getting out of my driveway especially if there’s an accident or road work being done. They’ve also routed trucks down my street to access and exit the highway. "
