Community Description

The Heights at Ponte Vista is nestled just minutes away from the rolling hills of Palos Verdes peninsula. Each home features four bedroom with thoughtfully designed living space that provides single-family style living for truly elevated living. Two primary suites give you options few homes can match: a first-floor suite perfect for multigenerational living or hosting guests in style, and a stunning third-floor retreat with soaring ceilings and light that hits different every morning.

Entertain on your expansive deck. Cook and gather in open-concept living spaces that flow effortlessly. Pull into your own two-car garage, behind your own front door. Live sustainably with all-electric appliances and smart energy features - without sacrificing a thing.

Whether you're ready to move in now or want to personalize every detail at our Design Studio, we have a home waiting for you. With limited choices, you don't want to wait on the sidelines.
Step outside and into a community built for real connection: landscaped walkways, outdoor gathering spaces, and the kind of neighborhood energy that reminds you why where you live matters.

This is room to live, not room to compromise. This is the South Bay lifestyle, elevated.
With the latest release of Phase 3 homes, these opportunities to grab the home with the best views will not be around for long. DRE# 02123697

"I live in this part of San Pedro, west of Gaffey far up to Western is generally quiet but there are some petty crimes. Generally safe and most neighbors are friendly. There are some neighbors that’s been here from a long time and some of them feel they own the neighborhood. You can’t park in front of their house for a long time. They put a note on your car. "
  • Balaji.swami
"Many events, elks lodge, Halloween and other partners year around. Neighbors grow their own food and plant trees"

  • Trulia User
"It’s a great walk on the path bu the sidewalks aren’t great and it’s dimly lit. Some people speed through the stop signs too"
  • Trulia User
"Pros: Beautiful views, housing prices You definitely have to be ok with noise living here. Noise such as year round, nightly fireworks, motorcycles + loud pipes from 7am-midnight, constant dog barking. Upside, housing is cheap… Probably due to the fact that anyone who has ever lived anywhere else isn’t go to stay and allow random explosions to be part of their daily life. The neighborhood is extremely dog friendly. If you don’t own a dog, you will once you move here. Only problem is, the number of dogs you end up owning is dependent on how many dogs your neighbors have. You end up disciplining and listening to your neighbors dogs around the clock and throughout your home here. Another upside is you don’t have to care about the comfort of others! You can be as disruptive and ignorant as you want and your neighbors won’t expect any better 👍 Cheers and happy home hunting! "
  • Trulia User
