"My neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The beach is a short walk from my house. I have a 15 minute commute to work. The roads are well maintained. I am 15-20 minutes away from a lovely shopping center with movie theaters, supermarkets and restaurants. The post office and library are right around the corner . It’s a wonderful community to raise a family. "
