The home has high efficiency, programmable HVAC system. The window are energy efficient fold out with great insulation in the walls. Plantation blinds are throughout the house. It's rare that a vehicle ISN'T driving by at least every 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or so, and they aren't concerned about how fast they're actually traveling. New parents beware: my first year living at this location, I've witnessed no less than 3 single car accidents. Not the ideal place to live if you have wandering toddlers."
