Conveniently located between Newland and Linville, this lovely 2 bedroom home is a rare find in the much sought-after community of Linville Land Harbor. There are many outdoor activities that you can enjoy in this community, such as hiking trails, ponds to canoe on, and a golf course. Parking is available both at the main and lower level of the home.

Enter into the main living space with a charming open-concept living and kitchen area, featuring access to an amazing deck, large sunny windows, ample cabinets, and granite countertops. On the main level find the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is spacious, with bright windows, a roomy closet, and the bathroom features a tub/shower combo, a vanity, and linen closet for additional storage. Downstairs has a second living area, laundry room, full bathroom, and second bedroom.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, septic, trash pickup, and basic internet/cable included in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric baseboard and wall heaters, no AC. This home is pet friendly, for one small dog (30lbs or less). There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
