1996 16x80 Manufactured Home. Large Master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom with soaker tub. Many updates including treated wood porch with storage and garbage can enclosure(2015), Metal 10x12 shed with wood floor(2015), Treated wood 10x12 barn style shed with loft(2017) and both sheds have lights and electricity connected and each has its own 20 amp breaker. 2016 roof was reflashed, revented, and overlaid new 30 year owens corning dementional shingles. Hot/cold outdoor spicket installed with interior shutoff. Additional storage closet added in laundry room as well as shelves. Front and back door replaced and new storm door on the front. Yard landscaped with river rock and blue granite in front and around sheds. 2018 Central air serviced and component replaced. Both bathrooms have new sink/vanities and flooring. New Dishwasher installed. New Brown shudders installed. New Ceiling fan in living room and master bedroom w/remote. Appliances stay including Fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. If home remains in Colonial Oaks buyer will need to get authorization to reside in park as well as agreeing to lease and any other expenses/rent with managers.

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
