My partner and I are looking for roommates to fill up the lower half of our house. We have two awesome rooms with slightly different features. Our house offers a large downstairs shared living space and single shared bathroom. The first room offers a private entryway, wood floors and a gorgeous east facing view of Mount Elden. This room is the smaller one of the two. The second room is larger and carpeted. Both rooms connect to a large shared living space with additional views of the mountain. The shared living space connects to a large balcony. The shared kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer) spaces are located upstairs. Rent includes gas, water, trash, internet and a parking spot.
We are looking to rent out both of these rooms for $950 per room. The additional shared living room space is ~300 sq. ft.
The neighborhood is located at the base of the arrowhead trail, just .75 miles downhill from the AZT and 1.25 miles walk from Buffalo park.
No smoking allowed inside.
No additional pets.
Parking limited per renter with reasonable exceptions. Multiple Off street parking spaces in driveway.
Tenant must maintain care of premises, report damage, etc.
No subletting.
Renter's insurance required.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs someone who has been to a few schools in Flagstaff (BASIS, NPA to name a few) Coco has been far better. I haven't witnessed or experienced any bullying (not to say that it doesn't happen, but I personally haven't seen any). I feel much happier here than I did at BASIS or NPA. I also feel like I have more resources here. The teachers are pretty good so far, there's a few that I dislike but that was also evident at other schools. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSon has had the same teacher 2 years in a row and he's fallen behind with the same teacher. She is way to immature to be a teacher there, she has no control over her student's and constantly asking parents to control her class instead of her. Secondly, bullying just is allowed at the school, teachers just respond with I will take care of it but nothing happens.
