The property is about 1 mile in proximity to a major shopping center in Randall Road, which has Costco, Home Depot, Jewel-Osco, Trader Joe's, Walmart, guitar Center, and every major restaurant you can think of. Elementary, middle schools and high schools are very high rated 9 to 10 one of the best in all of Illinois. Crystal Lake Metro Station is about 10 to 12 minutes away. Brand new HVAC system motor and control board replaced and water heater was replaced as well in 2025. Really nice quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.

Renter is responsible for utilities, water and mowing the lawn. There is $100 pet fee for each pet. First months and last month's rent will be due at signing the one year rental contract. A background check will be ran through an app that will be submitted to renter. Rent will be due each month on the initial move in date. There will be $100 late fee if the rent is paid five days after the due date.
