Minimal rental is 30 days, max is 6 months depending on availability. Requires a $1000 refundable security deposit plus a $350.00 non refundable cleaning fee. Application and Credit/background check at potential tenants cost (approx. $39.99) No pets, no smoking.

Owner pays up to $300 for all utilities. Bi weekly lawn service is paid by owner. Application and credit/background check required. Once approved deposit will be due at time of lease signing. Cleaning fee and first month's rent due 5 days prior to move in. Fireplace is not to be used.
