Numerous family events throughout the year including holiday tree lighting, concerts in the park, and kids play days. Well-maintained common areas includes a large pool and jacuzzi, security, and plenty of parking spaces for guests. Private deck near front entry extends around condo and offers privacy and a convenient spot to barbecue. Rent is $2,975 per month with $2,975 security deposit. Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water trash, internet). The home is available to view and move in immediately. One well behaved dog will be considered (additional restrictions apply, please call for more information). No smoking in or around the premises.
