"And over has a large percentage of the population that is well educated well employed and financially responsible. My neighborhood, in particular, is a cul-de-sac, off of a cul-de-sac, off of a cul-de-sac, neighboring Harold Parker forest. People will come and park at the edge of our neighborhood to walk their dogs. Everyone is courteous that there are children and drive slowly. Wide open streets with almost no traffic."

"Living off 28 isn’t the ideal location in the city. But the location offers the best bang for your buck. Neighbors aren’t as friendly when you’re a minority. Overall, fair city with great schools that is not walkable. "

"Both Boston Magazine and the Boston Globe Magazine named Central Street as the best street in Andover. From having lived here for many years I agree. Want good food or small town excitement? Walk to 40+ restaurants, doctors, churches and schools. Want nature - 2 separate areas of preservation land on the street. Want your kids to feel connected to the town - they can easily walk to middle school, Andover High School and Phillips Academy - they can walk the 1/2 mile to Main Street. Like History - Fantastic, stately old homes - all maintained and preserved. Like friendly neighbors - we're here in droves"
