Description

This is arguably the best La Perla unit at this price point.
A quick guide to this condo set-up:
- Units ending in 02 and 03 have the best expansive ocean views. A small downsize is that they only have two bedrooms, but if this is not an issue for your family, snap them up quickly.
- After 02 and 03 units, your next in line are the 01 ones. They offered the must preferred SE exposure, meaning you get jaw dropping ocean views from every room, and amazing sunsets from your three balconies.
- The higher the floor, the better. Starting at the 39th floor, units are called "lower penthouses," which means you get bigger balconies that are actually interconnected to each other. Higher units also avoid the noise originating from the pool and traffic at Collins Ave.

What makes #4001 unique?
- Lower Penthouse with extended and interconnected balconies.
- Incredible ocean views from every room, plus city views from balcony for amazing sunsets. 40th floor (can't get much higher than this, minimized road noise which is common in lower units), preferred SE exposure.
- 2 bedrooms + Den with custom pocket doors for complete privacy (you won't find something like this in this building).
- 3 FULL bathrooms (extremely unusual in this building, very helpfyul when you have guests).
- 2 parking spaces (self-parking immediately after garage ramp, no zig-zagging through multiple floors AND 24/7 valet).
- Extra storage on 15th floor (60ft) - $300 OFF if you don't need the storage.
- Top of the line appliances, including INDUCTION range.
- Herman Miller (fully loaded) chair is staying!
- Rent directly with owner.

What makes the La Perla condo unique?
- an elevator-ride away from the sand and ocean.
- complimentary pool and beach service so you're not worried about carrying chairs and towels.
- gym with ocean views, sports lounge with pool table, kids room with ever evolving toys and books.
- great neighborhood, walking distance to delightful restaurants, grocery stores, playgrounds and more.
- bike (or super short drive) to Oleta Park for nature immersion less than 5 minutes away.
