My husband and I take great pride in our rental and want our tenants comfortable and happy. Our house has 300sqft of attic storage, with a pull down ladder for easy accessibility and lots of storage space.
This house is walking distance to the beach and downtown Ventura where the arts and nightlife is highly desirable for the area.

Renter is responsible for All utilities and a $250 deposit for a dog. No smoking in the house.

I’ve lived on Catalina for 2 years and don’t know any neighbors. Wet few people come out of their homes and not very welcoming. "
