"just be aware of the area. not all parts of lake elsinore are safe. the worst parts seem to be down grand ave. in the Lakeland village area. some bits closer to wildomar are also pretty bad. main st. isn't great but has great places to live if you have a smaller family or don't mind living in an older home. "
  • Annette P.
"Like any city, there are good neighborhoods and not so good neighborhoods. I happen to live in a good neighborhood and find it very pleasant."

"Family oriented and is slowly becoming multicultural area Tree lighting Movie night in the park Community’s garage sales and others "
  • Rochaalexsis96
"This community is well taken care of. My commute to Main Street is only 5 minutes. Morning weekend commutes to work are about 1 hour and a half to get to SD. Not so bad if you leave around 5 am. Commutes in the afternoon are a slow not bad. About the same time . Leaving work before 2 pm will definitely give you an advantage to skipping traffic."
  • Kiki8dust
"I don't work so I don't drive. When I used to commute from OC and back the commute wasn't that bad over the Ortega, if there was an accident it was a little annoying but that's not very often. "
  • Sharon
