Description

Turn of the century craftsman home built in 1908. It still maintains most of its original architecture in great condition. This includes all of the original doors, crown molding, built-in's, windows and hardwood floors.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME

I fell in love with the house as soon as I saw all of the original craftsman details still intact and in great shape. This house was well cared for and never altered from its original design. As soon as you walk in the front door, you are greeted by a great open floor plan with two built-ins dividing the living room from the dining room. These built-ins rise from the floor to the ceiling with the top half being columns. On the bottom on one side you have a built in book shelve and on the other side, you have a built-in writers desk with a storage area to place your writing instruments and paper. I also love how the fire place is in the dinning next to the built-in hutch which allows for a relaxing dinner.

Tenant is responsible for utilities, are required to verify employment, and complete a credit and background check.

    "I lived in this neighborhood for over a year. The weekends are loud you can hear music being played from houses down the street. Not walkable at all. Huge dogs everywhere and doesn’t feel the safest. Pretty dirty and unmaintained. Closest grocery store is a food for less which is dirty and not where I would want to buy my groceries."

    "I've lived here for 3 years now and some of the neighbors are friendly and we all look out for one another. There's a laundry mat right across the street from where I live so it's really convenient when laundry needs to be done a plus about that is I don't have to cross a busy intersection it's right on the corner of a residential neighborhood. We have 3 in a 8 block radius There is a homeless problem; that’s all over the country Theft is very low people respect each other’s property in that way. Not the prettiest are the newest but is fairly safe I catch the bus to work and it is actually the best bus line in the city of Los Angeles comes every five minutes it goes from Gardena to Hollywood every five minutes "
