"neighborhood is going down. Piedmont Road is dangerous. street racers, accidents. Recent fatal accident at Piedmont and Landess. "
  • Vallie
"Nestled near the east foothills, bedroom community, can hear crickets at night. In 95132 neighborhood, there is one friendly bar, one donutshop, two gas stations, a Safeway and CVS that are open 24 hours! Lots of big parks and friendly people. The biggest crimes we have are porch pirates and they are always from somewhere else. It's not the Eastside and never has been. We are our own community - Berryessa. "
  • Solparaiso88
"quiet and peaceful and the views of the mountain and city are good close to parks and freeways. bart opening soon nearby with 2 options"

  • Susan B. P.
"Teach your kids how to do yard work. It will improve the house value everyone is concerned about and give your kids a nice place to play. "
  • S. B.
"Not many children play outside. All schools in Berryessa are good schools. Let your child have free time to play and explore. "
  • Sajalraikar
"Not many vanpool services or connectivity to stations yet. Hope commute improves with new Bart stations"
  • Shannon A.
"Neighbors are pleasant and the neighborhood is safe for the most part too. Nice and quiet plus Cataldi Park is great for Barbecues. "
  • Javier0304
"Neighborhood is becoming really bad. Crime is high because it's the east side of San Jose. Packages get stolen all the time. People are fed up. Do your due diligence before choosing this area. Look at crime reports and Megan's Law. "
  • Harvey
"To many people stealing packages, and lots of homeless people. It's sad that people don't do due diligence on these properties. These properties are close to a million or over a million and lots of crime in the area. I don't know why it's gotten worse. "
  • Pnguyen
"we have neighborhood monthly potlucks at different houses. Bigger show up in July and September. Our neighbors watch for each other houses. We have group emails to inform each other."
