About this House

Cute little home with private driveway for one car. The house has been freshly painted inside and new carpet installed in the bedrooms. The bathroom has been newly remodeled with a walk in shower. The bathroom and hallway have been newly tiled and a stackable washer and dryer will be installed. The kitchen and living room are furnished with blinds. The house is centrally located and is within 15-20 minutes to most city locations. It is also within walking distance to the University of San Diego campus.

I am looking for long term renter at least a year on the lease. Utilities are not included and are based on usage. The renter will be responsible for creating an account for SDGE and City of San Diego water department. Pets are welcome with a pet deposit in addition to the security deposit. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The property has its own driveway. A washer and dryer will be installed in the hallway closet even though not shown in the pictures.
