"I have lived in South Jax Beach for 32 years. It is extremely safe, and I feel safe walking here day and night. It is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, the beach, good schools, and sunshine Park. R Neighbourhood., Constitution Cove, is very friendly and we have great Halloween get-togethers, and most people do decorate for Christmas also"
  • Marthaeller13
"There is a wonderful park for toddlers and elementary children called sunshine Park or also known as South Beach Park. There is also a skate boarding park and Pickleball courts all located just across the road from this neighborhood. People here are very friendly and thereโ€™s a nice mixture of retired people and young families with children. Weโ€™ve been here 13 years and have never had any issues of vandalism and all our packages stay safely on the porch. There is a very nice community pool with landscaping and clubhouse."
  • Amy K.
"The bus stop is not too far of a walk and busses come much more frequently than they used to when I used public transportation about 10 years ago. Jacksonville as a whole has gotten better with it's public transportation."
