About this House

The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops, new luxury vinyl floors and all new appliances. The gameroom in the basement was nicely finished in 2010 with new drywall, berber carpeting, recessed lighting and lots of storage closets. There is a 2nd full bath with a shower stall on this level, too. The bright 15x14 master bedroom features two closets (one is a walk-in), wall to wall carpeting, and ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom measures 12x 11 and also has a ceiling fan and new wall to wall. The closet in this room also contains walk up steps to the attic. The attic is currently being used for storage only. The 3rd bedroom at 9x8 could also be used for an office or nursery. The home was updated with new central air conditioning and all the ductwork was added in 2020 with top of the line system. Every room has been painted. The hardwood floors have been refinished. New plush wall to wall carpeting was installed on the 2nd floor steps, hallway and in every bedroom.
