"Chino Valley is a very desirable and growing rural community north of Prescott Arizona with a growing list of amenities and a wonderful place to live. Just north of Prescott with an airport and golfing close at hand. This area wont stay inexpensive very much longer as most best kept secrets don',t once the word gets out! This area should easily qualify for USDA Rural housing loans. USDA has an office in Prescott Valley, nearby town just south of Chino Valle."
