Convenient to shopping mall, entertainment, food and drug stores.

No car parking on the street allowed by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Overflow parking lots are available near the house. This house has a two-car garage and a two-car driveway.

Nearby parking is available for RVs/boats for a small monthly fee (across the Bellerive Drive).

Deposits: $2200 security/damage deposit, refundable if no damage done. $200 keys deposit for two garage door openers, two front door keys, and two post box keys. $2200 first month rent. All these are due at signing (before moving in).

It is the Bellerive Springs Community. There is a clubhouse for residents to use. Background check is required for all adults.
NO SMOKING.

The tenants are responsible for all utility bills, mowing the front and back yards.
The tenants are also responsible for upkeeping the front and back yards.
A gas lawn mower and a refrigerator are provided by the landlord.

    "It’s great for walking, the trails are basically our back yard, but the houses on that edge are not allowed to have fencing, per city code, so we have to do potty on a leash. If your house is not on the edge of the trail access you can have a fence, our neighbors across the street have them. "

    "There is not much traffic on the interstate except at 0800 and 1700. Commute times to downtown are about 15 minutes to Richland, Kennewick and Pasco. The roads are well maintained except sometimes they are not plowed in the winter."

All types of restaurants including outdoor dining in the summertime at any of the many wineries here. 3 hospitals for peace of mind that are outstanding. It’s just a more low-key place to live for all demographics. People here are honest hard workers, but without the aggression that I saw daily in LA"
