- Pets, if permitted and approved, must not cause damage or nuisance. Tenant is responsible for all pet-related damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Tenant shall maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term, including personal property and liability coverage of not less than $100,000, and provide proof of coverage upon request.
