"Belton has plenty of very family-friendly neighborhoods. there are some less desirable ones, as in every town, but the good outweigh the bad here by a landslide. The schools are above average and like the cities economy they're only getting better. "
  • Wessmothermon
"There’s a bunch of backpack wearing homeless tweaked riding bikes and pulling carts if stuff they have found in the trash it’s really nice 🙂🙂"

"No access to public transportation. Car or working legs is a must. The main drag of 58 highway is usually a mess because of all the stop lights. But if you know the back roads it is easily avoidable. "
  • Karanita G. B.

  • Gorgeousg23
"It’s secluded and off the beaten path with lots of room to roam but within ten minutes of everything! "
  • Valarie S. M.
"Loose dogs almost all the time and a lot of out door cats. No sidewalks always having to watch out for cars."
  • Vicky M.
"The neighbors on each side of us. Having a elementary school close to our neighborhood. Lovely trees and beautiful yards."
  • Brett M.
"Belton is a nice area that isn't too busy or overpopulated. You can still get around town pretty easy without a lot of traffic. The schools are good and overall the Belton/Raymore area is family-friendly. There are plenty of conveniences, but the one thing I wish there were more of is decent restaurants. There are a lot of fast food places, but not really much for sit down places with any kind of atmosphere. The parks and rec do a great job and the community center is really nice."
  • tdickey
"Belton Mo is a wonderful place to live. This home is near schools and convenience stores. Very light traffic on the weekends."
