No laundry facilities/hook up. One parking spot available in the driveway but there's plenty of parking on the street. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. First month's rent and deposit are due at signing. No smoking allowed. Small side patio for entertaining. No backyard.

    "It's not very ideal, but it's somewhat cheap. As long as you don't mess with the wrong people, you're fine. In the daytime is not too bad. You walk to places. Markets aren't that far. At night it's better to drive."
