2) Ceiling fans added to both the living room and main bedroom

3) New bathroom vanity and bathtub tiling

4) Brand new microwave and dishwasher

5) New kitchen cabinets, food pantry, and countertops

6) New 3 tone paint throughout the unit

7) New interior and exterior door knobs

8) New lighting in entry

9) New furnace & central air conditioning for entire unit

10) New exterior paint

The tenant is responsible for snow removal on driveway and sidewalks. Also, the tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. Note, there isn't much grass, and could probably be mowed in less than 10 minutes.

The landlord belongs to the Good Landlord Association.

No smoking allowed.

The tenant is required to provide proof of renter's insurance to the landlord.

The security deposit is $1,000, and $700 is refundable at the end of the lease. A minimum lease of one year is required.

To be included in the monthly rent to the landlord, the tenant will pay a flat monthly fee of $80 for water, sewer, and trash.

All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant (electricity/gas must be set up under tenant(s) with Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy).

Small pets up to 30 pounds are permitted. Each pet/animal will be charged an additional $65 per month. Also, an additional pet security deposit of $500.
