About this House

2.8 acres of beautiful land with an existing 3 bedroom ranch home in an idyllic picturesque setting right on the Scituate/Norwell line. The home has nice features like full walk out unfinished basement, hand milled wood floors in pristine condition, Cedar walls, Artisian well that could be used for irrigation and a floor to ceiling Tennesse marble fireplace. Previously approved to build a new 5-6 bedroom home on the rear lot, however this approval has expired, leaving the new owner responsible for redeveloping (if allowed). Renovate the existing home with the possibility to build another home on the rear lot and create your own family compound! Rear lot has a 5 septic that was installed but never connected to a home- Board of health says a title V can be done on it to see if it passes. Existing home might need a new septic. No tile V has been done. Property being sold as-is.
