Three bedroom two bath remodeled a little over a year ago mobile home. Mobile home is on about half acre to an acre lot, view looking out your door is of a field. Very quiet neighborhood. We do not allow pets no exceptions. Fridge and stove included, does have washer and dryer hook up but must provide those on your own. Rental is located in the Franklin county School district right on the banks county line. About 10-15 minutes from Banks crossing. Hart Emc, electric must be transferred into enets name before moving into property.

Water, trash, lawn maintenance, Sewage, prevention pest control services, included in rent.

Only 10 minutes from the Tangier outlet malls. Enjoy boating and fishing for homeowners. The neighborhood is also convenient to several rivers and streams that offer kayaking, fishing or just relaxing for the day."
