Back porch has a ramp for anyone that needs it. Has a fenced in dog lot in the front yard. Its has a garden area. It has a small out building and a carport. It's on acres of wooded lot. Real quiet lot not many neighbors. It's close to Southmont School and High Rock lake and Post office and Domino's.

Renters responsible water bill, electric bill, cable/internet/telephone bill and and any other bill they get. Yard maintenance up to the renters to keep it neat. Only big dog outside, small dogs ($15 each up to 2) in the house. No big dogs or cats in the house. No smoking/drugs or wild party's in the house. 6 months lease if no problems it renews automatically ever month.
