Tenant has an acre of yard space to entertain with lovely back deck or enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Tenant responsibility to hire a professional to maintain and repair if necessary. Fenced off back area of property for Owner use only. Converted horse stalls and play house for storage. Storage area and play house are not water tight or habitable. Gardner provided twice a month.     "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
