You'll have your own patio to enjoy privately, but you're welcome to enjoy the grill and the dining table at the gazebo. Great location, close to everything, just 2 blocks from 9400 S and Highland Dr.

No smoking allowed inside, you can smoke at the patio and dispose the cigarette butts properly.
Rent payments will be through Zelle, you can visitors but they're not allowed to stay.
