Description

What's better than one waterfall? TWO WATERFALLS! Yes, that's right, enjoy the custom landscaping of this exceptional property which is highlighted by two spectacular rock waterfalls. 1644 Heidi Court is a modern and sophisticated residence situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly sought after and upscale Montebello Oaks Estates neighborhood. This special community is within a short distance to historic downtown Paso Robles, now a world-class wine destination, offering boutique shopping, wine bars, fine dining, cafes, and a myriad of seasonal events. Built in 2012 by the "forward-thinking" home builder, Wathen Castanos, this home was designed to be energy efficient and timeless. The bright & open floorplan offers a comfortable and gracious ambience to compliment the wine country lifestyle. The home is centered around the spacious great room with a gas-burning fireplace and custom media shelving, gliding easily to the granite-finished chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, separate pantry, breakfast bar, and separate eating area; additional living area provides flexibility for a formal dining room, den or home office. The high ceilings lend a sense of fluid space... all of which flows easily into the front porch and the resort-inspired backyard with a multitude of spaces in which to dine, relax, entertain, watch outdoor movies, and enjoy the passage of time. The primary bedroom suite is completed by a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, dual sinks, and a deep walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms and bathrooms with designer finishes round out the private living spaces. Further amenities include: gleaming hardwood floors, an extra-large laundry room with loads of cabinet storage and deep sink; attached 3 car garage: with steel roll-up doors, 2 garage door openers, and extra storage; utility shed; RV/boat parking; tankless water heater; and water softener. Truly, this property exudes a special sense of style, place, and home. So, welcome home!

"My neighborhood is safe, neighbors are friendly. I have lived here only one year and couldn't be happier with Paso Robles as a community. We enjoy all the activities that the city offers, and have appreciated the overall friendly atmosphere. We found a church that offers a great support. "
  • Mollysdow
"Summer Concerts in the Park; Holiday parade and Vine Street showcase; Halloween downtown; California Midstate Fair"
  • Alison G.
"Living off a dirt road has it's Challenges but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Beats the concrete jungle I came from in Orange County."

"As a new full-time resident the schools have been outstanding so far at Pifer and Lewis. Single high school in town is a plus. Growth is imminent however. "
  • Amber S.
"I've lived here for a year now. generally the people are friendly and speak when you see them out on a walk. people take pride in their yard and surrounding so that makes the neighborhood attractive. the neighborhood is usually quiet in the evening and relatively safe."
  • Thb1985
"Generally speaking, dogs are frowned upon and often disguised as cats in some neighborhoods on the east side of town where they enforce the rule."
  • Dena S.
"We have ample transportation here in this neighborhood especially the local Paso express and the Arta bus!!"
  • aGregg
"No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs, keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
  • Tracyskarma
"Everybody is very friendly and they look out for each other.. Nice parks nearby and also a excellent Mexican food & margarita restaurant."
  • Kai M. .
"It’s homey, peaceful some might say a perfect little place to raise a family. The weather is nice and warm, and it’s close to the beach. "
  • Lynn W.
"Commuting to work around this small town is less than 10 minutes. Very low traffic issues. Streets are being repaired and improved. "
  • Maggie V.
"Great town. I feel safe here. Low crime rate. Community police officers help with disputes. People are friendly. Great school District."
  • Trulia User
"The schools have gotten better through the years but they still rate behind Templeton. The best elementary is Kermit King & Georgia Brown, Lewis for middle school. "
  • Drew A. L. C.
"Nice, quiet community. We trust our neighbors and there is no crime. This is the cheapest place to live in Paso Robles, with an acre of land."
  • Khldoc
"Close knit safe friendly place to live.Living on the cul-de-sac makes it seem like a tiny neighborhood. Very quiet."
